Product or services
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made to show the accurate color of products, as the products are seasonal plants, depending on the climate, the color slightly may vary from the photograph. We cannot guarantee that 100% same color matching to the images of our products that appear at the store.
Plants willl be shipped Bare-rooted(Without pot and soil).
The only replacement will be arranged by us on receiving damaged or rotten product, if unboxing video or pictures of plants shared to us immediately post delivery till 12 hrs.
No return or replacement will be provided at any case, if customer fails to provide unboxing video or pictures immediately within stipulated time.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this website is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
In case of damage or spoiled plant customer has to provide the pictures immediate through Whatsapp within 12 hrs post delivery. Once our team will approve the plant as damaged, a replacement of the same will be arranged from our side.
If customer fails to provide pictures of damaged plants within stipulated time period on that, plants will be considered as fine, and no replacement or refund will be arranged further at any case.
